I also just installed Overwatch All and Evac All, but haven't tried them yet. It doesn't tell you information you wouldn't otherwise have, it just puts it where you can see it easily. Like the New Promo Screen, this one makes your life easier. It shows you at a glance their armor, weapon, weapon mods, PCS mods, health, will, etc.
It doesn't change the game, just makes your life easier. This one brings the option to the forefront.
